About Our Attorneys

Bryant Whitten, LLP, is committed to holding employers accountable for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor violations and other abuses of the established rights of workers.

Our accomplished litigators have handled an array of employee rights and civil rights cases throughout the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Northern California.

brings a diverse background in employment law and has gained a reputation for suing large corporations in individual lawsuits and class actions. His lawsuits span the spectrum of major U.S. and California employers, from Bank of America and Walmart to the Fresno Unified School District and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).

Mr. Bryant earned his law degree from the University of California Davis School of Law and worked as an extern at the California Supreme Court. He began his career advising companies on employment practices and representing them in business and employment litigation. He switched to plaintiff representation of employees when he joined the W.J. Smith law firm and left to open his own law firm in 2011.

practices in state and federal courts and has argued before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Fresno Bar Association, the Hugh Goodwin Bar Association, the employment law sections of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association, and other professional organizations.

has likewise dedicated her practice to holding major employers accountable for employment abuses and retaliatory tactics. She and Mr. Bryant have developed a systematic approach to suing large corporations. They make extensive use of technology in their practice to manage the blizzard of documents in these cases and to present a compelling multimedia case to juries and judges.

also has her J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law. Before private practice, she handled elder abuse, housing discrimination and other civil rights advocacy as a law clerk for the Office of the Federal Defender, California Rural Legal Assistance and Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance.
